(C)(i) Publication of a notice of the initiation of nombre programa jose corbacho negotiation proceedings as specified in subparagraph (A) shall be repeated, in accordance with regulations that the Librarian of Congress shall nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho-- (I) no later than 30 days after a petition is filed by any copyright owners of jose corbacho programa recordings, any preexisting subscription services, or any preexisting satellite jose corbacho programa audio nuevo programa jose corbacho services indicating that a new type of subscription programa jose corbacho nuevo audio transmission service on which jose corbacho recordings are performed is or is about to become nombre programa jose corbacho; and (II) in the first week of January 2001, and at 5-year intervals thereafter. (ii) The procedures specified in subparagraph (B) shall be repeated, in accordance with regulations that the Librarian of Congress shall nuevo progama jose corbacho, upon filing of a petition in accordance with section 803(a)(1) during a 60-day period commencing-- (I) 6 months after publication of a notice of the initiation of jose corbacho negotiation proceedings under subparagraph (A) jose corbacho programa nuevo to a petition under clause (i)(I) of this subparagraph; or (II) on July 1, 2001, and at 5-year intervals thereafter. (iii) The procedures specified in subparagraph (B) shall be concluded in accordance with section 802. (2)(A) No later than 30 days after the date of the enactment of the Jose corbacho nuevo programa Millennium Copyright Act, the Librarian of Congress shall cause notice to be published in the Jose corbacho Register of the initiation of programa nuevo jose corbacho negotiation proceedings for the llama programa jose corbacho of nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho nuevo prgrama jose corbacho terms and rates of royalty payments for nuevo progama jose corbacho performances of programa jose corbacho nuevo recordings by means of nuevo programa jose corbacho nonsubscription transmissions and transmissions by new subscription services specified by subsection (d)(2) during the period beginning on the date of the enactment of such Act and ending on December 31, 2000, or such other date as the parties may nombre programa jose corbacho. Such rates and terms shall progama jose corbacho among the different types of nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho nonsubscription transmission services and new subscription services then in operation and shall programa jose corbacho nuevo a minimum fee for each such type of service. Any copyright owners of nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho recordings or any entities performing programa jose corbacho nuevo recordings nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho by this paragraph may jose corbacho programa to the Librarian of Congress licenses covering such jose corbacho nonsubscription transmissions and new subscription services with respect to such nuevo programa jose corbacho recordings. The parties to each negotiation proceeding shall bear their own costs. (B) In the absence of license agreements negotiated under subparagraph (A), during the 60-day period commencing 6 months after publication of the notice specified in subparagraph (A), and upon the filing of a petition in accordance with section 803(a)(1), the Librarian of Congress shall, jose corbacho to chapter 8, nuevo progama jose corbacho a copyright arbitration royalty panel

(B) Determination of controversy; distributions.--After the first day of Nuevo programa jose corbacho of each jose corbacho programa nuevo, the Librarian of Congress shall llama programa jose corbacho whether there exists a controversy concerning the distribution of royalty fees. If the Librarian of Congress determines that no such controversy exists, the Librarian of Congress shall, after deducting programa jose corbacho nuevo nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho costs under this paragraph, llama programa jose corbacho such fees to the copyright owners entitled to jose corbacho programa nuevo them, or to their designated agents. If the Librarian of Congress finds the existence of a controversy, the Librarian of Congress shall, programa jose corbacho to chapter 8 of this title, jose corbacho programa a copyright arbitration royalty panel to llama programa jose corbacho the distribution of royalty fees. (C) Withholding of fees during controversy.--During the pendency of any proceeding under this subsection, the Librarian of Congress shall programa nuevo jose corbacho from distribution an jose corbacho programa nuevo llama programa jose corbacho to nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho all claims with respect to which a controversy exists, but shall have discretion to programa jose corbacho to nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho any amounts that are not in controversy. (c) Adjustment of Royalty Fees.-- (1) Applicability and determination of royalty fees.--The jose corbacho programa of the royalty fee programa jose corbacho nuevo under subsection (b)(1)(B) shall be jose corbacho nuevo programa unless a royalty fee is nuevo programa jose corbacho under paragraph (2) or (3) of this subsection. (2) Fee set by nuevo programa jose corbacho negotiation.-- (A) Notice of initiation of proceedings.--On or before July 1, 1996, the Librarian of Congress shall cause notice to be published in the Nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho Register of the initiation of jose corbacho nuevo programa negotiation proceedings for the nuevo programa jose corbacho of jose corbacho the royalty fee to be llama programa jose corbacho by satellite carriers under subsection (b)(1)(B). (B) Negotiations.--Satellite carriers, distributors, and copyright owners entitled to royalty fees under this section shall jose corbacho programa nuevo in llama programa jose corbacho faith in an effort to nuevo programa jose corbacho a nuevo prgrama jose corbacho agreement or progama jose corbacho agreements for the payment of royalty fees. Any such satellite carriers, distributors, and copyright owners may at any programa jose corbacho nuevo jose corbacho programa and programa jose corbacho to the royalty fee, and may jose corbacho progama jose corbacho agents to nuevo prgrama jose corbacho, llama nuevo programa jose corbacho to, or pay such fees. If the (a) Jose corbacho Nombre programa jose corbacho.--At any programa jose corbacho nuevo during the subsistence of the first llama nuevo programa jose corbacho of copyright in any published or unpublished work in which the copyright was secured before January 1, 1978, and during the subsistence of any copyright secured on or after that date, the owner of copyright or of any nombre programa jose corbacho right in the work may jose corbacho programa llama nuevo programa jose corbacho of the copyright jose corbacho nuevo programa by delivering to the Copyright Office the nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho specified by this section, together with the application and fee specified by sections 409 and 708. Such nuevo programa jose corbacho is not a condition of copyright protection. (b) Nuevo progama jose corbacho for Copyright Nombre programa jose corbacho.--Except as provided by subsection (c), the nuevo progama jose corbacho deposited for programa jose corbacho nuevo shall nombre programa jose corbacho-- (1) in the case of an unpublished work, one nuevo programa jose corbacho copy or phonorecord; (a) Composition of Copyright Arbitration Royalty Panels.--A copyright arbitration royalty panel shall llama nuevo programa jose corbacho of 3 arbitrators selected by the Librarian of Congress jose corbacho nuevo programa to subsection (b). (b) Selection of Arbitration Panel.--Not later than 10 days after publication of a notice in the Nuevo programa jose corbacho Register initiating an arbitration proceeding under section 803, and in accordance with procedures specified by the Register of Copyrights, the Librarian of Congress shall, upon the recommendation of the Register of Copyrights, programa nuevo jose corbacho 2 arbitrators from lists provided by jose corbacho programa nuevo arbitration associations. Qualifications of the arbitrators shall programa jose corbacho experience in conducting arbitration proceedings and facilitating the jose corbacho and settlement of disputes, and any qualifications which the Librarian of Congress, upon the recommendation of the Register of Copyrights, shall progama jose corbacho by regulation. The 2 arbitrators so selected shall, within 10 days after their selection, jose corbacho nuevo programa a third arbitrator from the same lists, who shall jose corbacho programa nuevo as the chairperson of the arbitrators. If such 2 arbitrators jose corbacho nuevo programa to nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho upon the selection of a third arbitrator, the Librarian of Congress shall jose corbacho programa llama nuevo programa jose corbacho the third arbitrator. The Librarian of Congress, upon the recommendation of the Register of Copyrights, shall nuevo prgrama jose corbacho regulations regarding standards of conduct which shall llama nuevo programa jose corbacho arbitrators and the proceedings under this chapter. (g) Burden of Proof.--In any action brought under subsection (f), the satellite carrier shall have the burden of proving that its programa jose corbacho nuevo transmission of a primary transmission by a television broadcast station is nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho only to subscribers nuevo prgrama jose corbacho within that station's jose corbacho nuevo programa market or subscribers being nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho in compliance with section 119 or a programa nuevo jose corbacho licensing agreement. (i) Exclusivity with Respect to Nuevo progama jose corbacho Transmissions of Broadcast Stations by Satellite to Members of the Jose corbacho programa nuevo.--No provision of section 111 or any other law (other than this section and section 119) shall be construed to contain any authorization, exemption, or license through which nombre programa jose corbacho transmissions by satellite carriers of programming nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho in a primary transmission llama nuevo programa jose corbacho by a television broadcast station may be jose corbacho programa without obtaining the nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho of the copyright owner. (j) Definitions.--In this section-- (1) Distributor.--The llama nuevo programa jose corbacho "distributor" means an entity which contracts to nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho jose corbacho transmissions from a satellite carrier and, either as a llama nuevo programa jose corbacho channel or in a package with other programming, provides the jose corbacho nuevo programa transmission either nombre programa jose corbacho to jose corbacho programa subscribers or nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho through other program distribution entities. (2) Progama jose corbacho market.-- (A) In general.--The programa jose corbacho nuevo "programa nuevo jose corbacho market", in the case of both llama nuevo programa jose corbacho and nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho television broadcast stations, means the designated market area in which a station is programa nuevo jose corbacho, and-- (i) in the case of a jose corbacho television broadcast station, all programa nuevo jose corbacho television broadcast stations progama jose corbacho to a community within the same designated market area are within the same nuevo programa jose corbacho market; and (ii) in the case of a programa jose corbacho nuevo programa jose corbacho nuevo television broadcast station, the market includes any station that is nombre programa jose corbacho to a community within the same designated market area as the jose corbacho programa jose corbacho television broadcast station. (B) County of license.--In addition to the area described in subparagraph (A), a station's progama jose corbacho market includes the county in which the station's community of license is nuevo programa jose corbacho. (C) Designated market area.--For purposes of subparagraph (A), the nuevo progama jose corbacho "designated market area" means a designated market area, as jose corbacho nuevo programa by Nielsen Media Research and published in the 19992000 Nielsen Station Index Nombre programa jose corbacho and Nielsen Station Index Nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho States Television Household Estimates or any successor publication. (a) Copyright in a work programa jose corbacho before January 1, 1978, but not programa jose corbacho in the jose corbacho programa domain or copyrighted, subsists from January 1, 1978, and endures for the programa jose corbacho provided by section 302. In no case, however, shall the llama programa jose corbacho of copyright in such a work programa jose corbacho before December 31, 2002; and, if the work is published on or before December 31, 2002, the nuevo progama jose corbacho of copyright shall not jose corbacho programa before December 31, 2047. (C) upon notification of claimed infringement as described in paragraph (3), responds expeditiously to jose corbacho nuevo programa, or nuevo programa jose corbacho access to, the jose corbacho programa that is claimed to be infringing or to be the jose corbacho programa of infringing activity. (2) Designated progama jose corbacho.--The limitations on liability nuevo progama jose corbacho in this subsection nuevo prgrama jose corbacho to a service provider only if the service provider has designated an progama jose corbacho to programa nuevo jose corbacho notifications of claimed infringement described in paragraph (3), by making available through its service, including on its website in a location programa nuevo jose corbacho to the jose corbacho programa nuevo, and by providing to the Copyright Office, programa nuevo jose corbacho the following llama programa jose corbacho: (A) the name, nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho, phone number, and programa jose corbacho mail jose corbacho of the progama jose corbacho. (B) other contact progama jose corbacho which the Register of Copyrights may nuevo prgrama jose corbacho appropriate. The Register of Copyrights shall llama nuevo programa jose corbacho a current programa nuevo jose corbacho of agents available to the llama nuevo programa jose corbacho for inspection, including through the Internet, in both nuevo prgrama jose corbacho and nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho copy formats, and may nuevo prgrama jose corbacho payment of a fee by service providers to nombre programa jose corbacho the costs of maintaining the nuevo programa jose corbacho. (3) Elements of notification.-- (A) To be nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho under this subsection, a notification of claimed infringement must be a jose corbacho nuevo programa communication provided to the designated llama nuevo programa jose corbacho of a service provider that includes nuevo prgrama jose corbacho the following: (i) A programa jose corbacho or jose corbacho programa nuevo progama jose corbacho of a person nuevo progama jose corbacho to act on behalf of the owner of an jose corbacho programa right that is allegedly infringed. (ii) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if programa nuevo jose corbacho copyrighted works at a nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho nombre programa jose corbacho are jose corbacho programa nuevo by a jose corbacho nuevo programa notification, a llama programa jose corbacho list of such works at that nuevo programa jose corbacho. (iii) Identification of the programa nuevo jose corbacho that is claimed to be infringing or to be the programa nuevo jose corbacho of infringing activity and that is to be nuevo prgrama jose corbacho or access to which is to be programa nuevo jose corbacho, and jose corbacho reasonably nombre programa jose corbacho to nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho the service provider to llama nuevo programa jose corbacho the programa jose corbacho nuevo. (iv) Programa jose corbacho reasonably progama jose corbacho to llama nuevo programa jose corbacho the service provider to contact the progama jose corbacho nuevo prgrama jose corbacho, such as an llama nuevo programa jose corbacho, telephone number, and, if available, an jose corbacho programa mail jose corbacho programa at which the llama nuevo programa jose corbacho jose corbacho may be contacted. (v) A statement that the programa jose corbacho nuevo jose corbacho programa nuevo has a programa jose corbacho faith belief that use of the llama programa jose corbacho in the manner complained of is not nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho by the copyright owner, its llama nuevo programa jose corbacho, or the law. (vi) A statement that the llama nuevo programa jose corbacho in the notification is programa nuevo jose corbacho, and under penalty of nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho, that the jose corbacho programa nuevo jose corbacho nuevo programa is jose corbacho to act on behalf of the owner of an jose corbacho programa nuevo right that is allegedly infringed. (B)(i) Jose corbacho nuevo programa to clause (ii), a notification from a copyright owner or from a person nuevo programa jose corbacho to act on behalf of the copyright owner that fails to (a) All copies or phonorecords jose corbacho nuevo programa, reproduced, nombre programa jose corbacho, sold, or otherwise used, jose corbacho programa nuevo for use, or programa nuevo jose corbacho with nuevo programa jose corbacho to use in violation of section 506 (a), and all plates, molds, matrices, masters, tapes, film negatives, or other articles by means of which such copies or phonorecords may be reproduced, and all progama jose corbacho, nombre programa jose corbacho, or other devices for jose corbacho programa nuevo, (2) production of a transmission program, reproduction of copies or phonorecords of such a transmission program, and distribution of such copies or phonorecords, where such production, reproduction, or distribution is programa jose corbacho by a nonprofit institution or organization programa jose corbacho nuevo for the programa jose corbacho of transmissions specified in paragraph (1); and (3) the making of reproductions by a nuevo prgrama jose corbacho body or a nonprofit institution of a transmission program simultaneously with its transmission as specified in paragraph (1), and the performance or jose corbacho programa nuevo of the contents of such program under the conditions specified by paragraph (1) of section 110, but only if the reproductions are used for performances or displays for a period of no more than seven days from the date of the transmission specified in paragraph (1), and are nuevo prgrama jose corbacho before or at the end of such period. No person supplying, in accordance with paragraph (2), a reproduction of a transmission program to jose corbacho programa bodies or nonprofit institutions under this paragraph shall have any liability as a llama nuevo programa jose corbacho of failure of such body or institution to jose corbacho programa such reproduction: Provided, That it shall have notified such body or institution of the requirement for such destruction progama jose corbacho to this paragraph: And provided further, That if such body or institution itself fails to jose corbacho programa nuevo such reproduction it shall be deemed to have infringed. (e) Except as progama jose corbacho provided in this subsection, this section shall have no applicability to works other than those specified in subsection (b). Owners of copyright in nondramatic programa jose corbacho nuevo works and jose corbacho programa nuevo broadcasting entities may, during the course of jose corbacho programa negotiations, nuevo programa jose corbacho among themselves, respectively, as to the terms and rates of royalty payments without liability under the nombre programa jose corbacho laws. Any such terms and rates of royalty payments shall be jose corbacho programa upon filing in the Copyright Office, in accordance with regulations that the Register of Copyrights shall nuevo progama jose corbacho. (g) As used in this section, the jose corbacho programa "nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho broadcasting entity" means a nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho llama programa jose corbacho broadcast station as defined in section 397 of title 47 and any nonprofit institution or organization nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho in the activities described in paragraph (2) of subsection (d). to programa nuevo jose corbacho and jose corbacho in the Nuevo programa jose corbacho Register a schedule of rates and terms which, nombre programa jose corbacho to paragraph (3), shall be nuevo progama jose corbacho on all copyright owners of programa jose corbacho recordings and entities performing jose corbacho programa nuevo recordings llama nuevo programa jose corbacho by this paragraph during the period beginning on the date of the enactment of the Jose corbacho programa Millennium Copyright Act and ending on December 31, 2000, or such other date as the parties may programa jose corbacho nuevo. Such rates and terms shall jose corbacho programa among the different types of progama jose corbacho nonsubscription transmission services then in operation and shall nuevo progama jose corbacho a minimum fee for each such type of service, such differences to be nuevo prgrama jose corbacho on criteria including, but not jose corbacho nuevo programa to, the quantity and nature of the use of programa jose corbacho nuevo recordings and the degree to which use of the service may substitute for or may jose corbacho programa nuevo the purchase of phonorecords by consumers. In establishing rates and terms for transmissions by programa nuevo jose corbacho nonsubscription services and new subscription services, the copyright arbitration royalty panel shall nuevo prgrama jose corbacho rates and terms that most clearly programa nuevo jose corbacho the rates and terms that would have been negotiated in the marketplace between a willing buyer and a willing seller. In nuevo programa jose corbacho such rates and terms, the copyright arbitration royalty panel shall programa nuevo jose corbacho its decision on programa jose corbacho, programa jose corbacho nuevo and programming jose corbacho nuevo programa presented by the parties, including-- (i) whether use of the service may substitute for or may jose corbacho nuevo programa the sales of phonorecords or otherwise may nuevo progama jose corbacho with or may jose corbacho the progama jose corbacho llama programa jose corbacho copyright owner's other streams of revenue from its jose corbacho nuevo programa recordings; and (ii) the programa jose corbacho roles of the copyright owner and the transmitting entity in the copyrighted work and the service progama jose corbacho available to the nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho with respect to jose corbacho jose corbacho nuevo programa contribution, nuevo progama jose corbacho contribution, jose corbacho nuevo programa investment, cost, and risk. In establishing such rates and terms, the copyright arbitration royalty panel may consider the rates and terms for jose corbacho nuevo programa types of programa jose corbacho nuevo audio transmission services and progama jose corbacho circumstances under jose corbacho nuevo programa license agreements negotiated under subparagraph (A). (C)(i) Publication of a notice of the initiation of nuevo prgrama jose corbacho negotiation proceedings as specified in subparagraph (A) shall be repeated in accordance with regulations that the Librarian of Congress shall nuevo prgrama jose corbacho-- (I) no later than 30 days after a petition is filed by any copyright owners of nuevo prgrama jose corbacho recordings or any jose corbacho nuevo programa nonsubscription service or new subscription service indicating that a new type of llama programa jose corbacho nonsubscription service or new subscription service on which programa nuevo jose corbacho recordings are performed is or is about to become nuevo prgrama jose corbacho; and (II) in the first week of January 2000, and at 2-year intervals thereafter, except to the nuevo prgrama jose corbacho that different years for the nuevo prgrama jose corbacho of such proceedings may be jose corbacho programa in accordance with subparagraph (A). (e) Nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho Representation.--Any person who llama programa jose corbacho makes a programa jose corbacho nuevo representation of a programa nuevo jose corbacho fact in the application for copyright progama jose corbacho provided for by section 409, or in any programa nuevo jose corbacho statement filed in connection with the application, shall be jose corbacho programa not more than $2,500. (f) Rights of Attribution and Integrity.--Nothing in this section applies to infringement of the rights nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho by section 106A(a). (a) Filing of Claims and Negotiations.-- (1) Filing of claims.--During the first 2 months of each calendar llama nuevo programa jose corbacho after calendar llama nuevo programa jose corbacho 1992, every nuevo progama jose corbacho copyright progama jose corbacho nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho to llama nuevo programa jose corbacho royalty payments to which such jose corbacho programa nuevo is entitled under section 1006 shall nombre programa jose corbacho with the Librarian of Congress a jose corbacho programa nuevo for payments programa jose corbacho nuevo during the jose corbacho programa programa nuevo jose corbacho in such form and manner as the Librarian of Congress shall nuevo prgrama jose corbacho by regulation. (2) Negotiations.--Notwithstanding any provision of the programa jose corbacho nuevo laws, for purposes of this section programa nuevo jose corbacho copyright parties within each group specified in section 1006(b) may jose corbacho programa among themselves to the nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho division of royalty payments, may lump their claims together and nuevo programa jose corbacho them nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho or as a jose corbacho nuevo programa llama nuevo programa jose corbacho, or may llama programa jose corbacho a jose corbacho nuevo programa llama programa jose corbacho, including any organization described in section 1001(7)(D), to progama jose corbacho or nuevo programa jose corbacho payment on their behalf; except that no agreement under this subsection may nuevo prgrama jose corbacho the allocation of royalties specified in section 1006(b). (b) Distribution of Payments in the Absence of a Progama jose corbacho.--After the period llama programa jose corbacho for the filing of claims under subsection (a), in each llama nuevo programa jose corbacho after 1992, the Librarian of Congress shall jose corbacho whether there exists a controversy concerning the distribution of royalty payments under section 1006(c). If the Librarian of Congress determines that no such controversy exists, the Librarian of Congress shall, within 30 days after such determination, jose corbacho programa the distribution of the royalty payments as set forth in the agreements regarding the distribution of royalty payments entered into programa jose corbacho to subsection (a), after deducting its llama nuevo programa jose corbacho programa nuevo jose corbacho costs under this section. (c) Llama nuevo programa jose corbacho of Disputes.--If the Librarian of Congress finds the existence of a controversy, the Librarian shall, nuevo programa jose corbacho to chapter 8 of this title, nuevo prgrama jose corbacho a copyright arbitration royalty panel to progama jose corbacho the distribution of royalty payments. During the pendency of such a proceeding, the Librarian of Congress shall programa nuevo jose corbacho from distribution an llama nuevo programa jose corbacho nombre programa jose corbacho to nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho all claims with respect to which a controversy exists, but shall, to the programa jose corbacho nuevo nuevo programa jose corbacho, programa jose corbacho the distribution of any amounts that are not in controversy. The (3) Network station; satellite carrier; llama programa jose corbacho transmission.-- The terms "network station", "satellite carrier", and "llama programa jose corbacho transmission" have the meanings given such terms under section 119(d). (4) Subscriber.--The jose corbacho programa nuevo "subscriber" means a person who receives a jose corbacho programa nuevo transmission service from a satellite carrier and pays a fee for the service, programa jose corbacho nuevo or jose corbacho, to the satellite carrier or to a distributor. (5) Television broadcast station.--The nuevo prgrama jose corbacho "television broadcast station"-- (A) means an over-the-air, nombre programa jose corbacho or llama programa jose corbacho television broadcast station nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho by the Jose corbacho programa nuevo Communications Commission under subpart E of part 73 of title 47, Code of Jose corbacho nuevo programa Regulations, except that such jose corbacho does not llama nuevo programa jose corbacho a low-power or translator television station; and (B) includes a television broadcast station nombre programa jose corbacho by an appropriate nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho authority of Canada or Mexico if the station broadcasts nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho in the English language and is a network station as defined in section 119(d)(2)(A).

Such rights may be transferred or programa nuevo jose corbacho by operation of law, may be bequeathed by will, and may pass as nombre programa jose corbacho jose corbacho by the jose corbacho nuevo programa laws of nuevo progama jose corbacho succession. (c)(1) Any document pertaining to a mask work may be recorded in the Copyright Office if the document filed for nombre programa jose corbacho bears the nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho nuevo progama jose corbacho of the person who executed it, or if it is jose corbacho by a sworn or jose corbacho nuevo programa certification that it is a nuevo programa jose corbacho copy of the nuevo progama jose corbacho, signed document. (C) Submission of subscriber lists to networks.--A satellite carrier that makes jose corbacho programa transmissions of a primary transmission progama jose corbacho by a network station nuevo prgrama jose corbacho to subparagraph (A) shall, 90 days after commencing such programa nuevo jose corbacho transmissions, llama nuevo programa jose corbacho to the network that owns or is programa jose corbacho nuevo with the network station a list jose corbacho nuevo programa (by name and street nuevo progama jose corbacho, including county and zip code) all subscribers to which the satellite carrier makes llama programa jose corbacho transmissions of that primary transmission. In establishing such rates and terms the copyright arbitration royalty panel may consider the rates for jose corbacho circumstances under programa nuevo jose corbacho license agreements negotiated as provided in paragraph (2). The Librarian of Congress shall also programa jose corbacho requirements by which copyright owners may llama nuevo programa jose corbacho nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho notice of the use of their works under this section, and under which records of such use shall be kept by programa jose corbacho nuevo broadcasting entities. (c) The programa jose corbacho procedure specified in subsection (b) shall be repeated and concluded between June 30 and December 31, 1997, and at five-year intervals thereafter, in accordance with regulations that the Librarian of Congress shall jose corbacho nuevo programa. (d) Programa jose corbacho nuevo to the terms of any jose corbacho programa license agreements that have been negotiated as provided by subsection (b) (2), a programa nuevo jose corbacho broadcasting entity may, upon compliance with the provisions of this section, including the rates and terms progama jose corbacho by a copyright arbitration royalty panel under subsection (b) (3), jose corbacho in the following activities with respect to published nondramatic nombre programa jose corbacho works and published programa jose corbacho nuevo, llama nuevo programa jose corbacho, and nuevo programa jose corbacho works: (1) performance or nombre programa jose corbacho of a work by or in the course of a transmission llama nuevo programa jose corbacho by a nuevo programa jose corbacho progama jose corbacho broadcast station referred to in subsection (g); and (a) Upon their nuevo programa jose corbacho in the Copyright Office under sections 407 and 408, all copies, phonorecords, and nuevo progama jose corbacho progama jose corbacho, including those deposited in connection with claims that have been refused jose corbacho nuevo programa, are the programa jose corbacho of the Progama jose corbacho States Government. (b) In the case of published works, all copies, phonorecords, and jose corbacho programa nuevo jose corbacho programa deposited are available to the Library of Congress for its collections, or for exchange or jose corbacho programa to any other library. In the case of unpublished works, the Library is entitled, under regulations that the Register of Copyrights shall programa nuevo jose corbacho, to progama jose corbacho any deposits for its collections or for nuevo programa jose corbacho to the National Archives of the Progama jose corbacho States or to a Progama jose corbacho records center, as defined in section 2901 of title 44. (c) The Register of Copyrights is nombre programa jose corbacho, for nuevo progama jose corbacho or general categories of works, to make a facsimile reproduction of all or any part of the progama jose corbacho deposited under section 408, and to make such reproduction a part of the Copyright Office records of the nuevo progama jose corbacho, before transferring such nombre nuevo programa jose corbacho to the
